Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, large
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and slice lengthwise into fine strips.
  2. Season with salt and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, horseradish, salt and pepper together.
  4. Dab the strips of zucchini with paper towels.
  5. Spread with the cream cheese mixture, Put some salmon on top and roll it up.
