This juicy and very tasty casserole is easy to prepare in the oven. A fabulous vegetarian dish is created using chunks of zucchini, fried onions, boiled rice and beaten eggs. Served with a spicy sauce, the dish becomes very piquant.

Ingredients

  • 70 g rice
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 g cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • pot
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • pan
  • mixing spoon
  • grater
  • casserole

Instructions

  • Boil the rice in lightly salted water until soft and leave to cool.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Courgettes, cut into strips or small pieces cut.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Mix the zucchini with the rice, eggs, onions, salt and pepper.
  • Add about 2/3 of the cheese and mix again.
  • All in an oiled Place in the casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Courgette casserole in the oven for approx. 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
