  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • nuts, to taste


  1. Mix the yoghurt with the chia seeds.
  2. Cut the bananas into slices.
  3. Top the yoghurt with the raspberries and nuts and enjoy.
