Ingredients

  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 dates
  • grapes, to taste
  • 1 banana
  • honey, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds together with the yoghurt and let them soak a little.
  2. As a topping, place the halved almonds, banana slices and light grapes.
  3. Sweeten the yoghurt with honey to taste and enjoy.
