Yoghurt bowl with chia seeds

This delicious yoghurt bowl is pure breakfast love! The recipe with chia seeds, muesli, fruit and nuts provides lots of energy and guarantees a perfect start to the day.

  • 200 g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • hazelnuts, to taste
  • muesli, to taste
  • ¼ papaya
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • honey, to taste


  1. Mix the yoghurt with chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Leave to soak in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
  4. Garnish the yoghurt bowl with papaya, grapes and muesli and enjoy!
  5. Sweeten the bowl with honey if you like .
