Warm Caprese pasta salad with tomatoes and mozzarella
Ingredients
- 100g pasta
- 50g mini mozzarella
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp Italian herbs
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- basil, to taste at will
Utensils
- pot
- pasta colander
- knife
- cutting board
- salad bowl
- mixing spoon
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Drain the water and rinse the pasta in the colander with cold water.
- Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Put the prepared pasta, tomato halves and mini mozzarella in a salad bowl.
- With olive oil and lemon juice and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with Italian herbs, garnish with fresh
- basil if desired and serve.
