Vinegar salad with beetroot and cucumber

Instructions
- Boil the beetroot, potatoes and carrots.
- Remove the skin from the vegetables and cut into cubes.
- Dice the gherkins as well, chop the onions into small pieces.
- Mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper and add a little oil.
