Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of beetroot, large
  • 2 carrots, medium
  • 2 potatoes, large
  • 4 pickled cucumbers, or pickles
  • onions, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil, to taste at will
  • Utensils

    • pot
    • knife
    • cutting board
    • bowl
    • spoon

    Instructions

    1. Boil the beetroot, potatoes and carrots.
    2. Remove the skin from the vegetables and cut into cubes.
    3. Dice the gherkins as well, chop the onions into small pieces.
    4. Mix everything together.
    5. Season with salt and pepper and add a little oil.
