Ingredients

  • 350g pork
  • oil, to taste
  • 3 onions
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 peppers
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 4 courgettes, small
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of herbs

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • stewpot
  • spatula

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into bite-size pieces or smaller.
  2. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven, add the meat and sauté under a lid over low heat for about 10 minutes. Allow the liquid to evaporate.
  3. Finely chop the onion and add to the pork.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 5 more minutes until the onions are translucent.
  6. Peel and grate the carrots or cut them into fine cubes.
  7. Add the carrots to the meat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Fry under the lid for 5 minutes.
  10. Chop the peppers into pieces and add.
  11. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  12. Finely dice the potatoes and zucchini.
  13. Put in the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  14. After 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  15. Let the vegetable stew and meat stew for 10-15 minutes.
  16. The chopped herbs add, stir and let the stew simmer under the lid for a while.
