Vegetable soup with carrots and potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 l water
- 4 potatoes, medium-sized
- 1 carrot
- 200 g soup noodles, e.g. to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils
- pot
- vegetable peeler
- knife
- cutting board
- spoon
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan with a whole peeled onion, bay leaves and stock cubes.
- Peel the potatoes and carrot, dice roughly and add to the water.
- Boil about 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients except the cream and parsley add.
- Cook the soup for a further 7 minutes.
- Round off with cream and bring to the boil again.
- Serve the vegetable soup with parsley.
