Ingredients

  • 2 l water
  • 4 potatoes, medium-sized
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g soup noodles, e.g. to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • pot
  • vegetable peeler
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan with a whole peeled onion, bay leaves and stock cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes and carrot, dice roughly and add to the water.
  3. Boil about 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients except the cream and parsley add.
  4. Cook the soup for a further 7 minutes.
  5. Round off with cream and bring to the boil again.
  6. Serve the vegetable soup with parsley.
