Ingredients

  • 1 handful of dried fruit, dates, raisins, prunes,
  • 1 handful of nuts
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 12 tbsp juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Utensils

Instructions

  1. Mix the flaxseed flour with the cocoa and salt in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the juice and leave for a few minutes.
  3. In a blender, grind the nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Add the thickened flaxseed flour and stir.
  5. Pour the batter into a Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
