Vegan chocolate cake brownies with nuts and dried fruits
Ingredients
- 1 handful of dried fruit, dates, raisins, prunes,
- 1 handful of nuts
- 3 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 12 tbsp juice
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
- Mix the flaxseed flour with the cocoa and salt in a bowl.
- Pour in the juice and leave for a few minutes.
- In a blender, grind the nuts and dried fruits.
- Add the thickened flaxseed flour and stir.
