Ingredients

  • 65 g banana, ripe
  • 90 g oatmeal
  • 160 ml coconut milk
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • honey, or maple syrup for serving

Utensils

Instructions

  1. Add the ba
  2. oatmeal, baking powder and coconut milk to the resulting puree.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-high.
  5. Reduce the heat slightly and fry the pancakes until golden on both sides .
  6. Serve the pancakes with honey or maple syrup.
