Vegan almond balls with dates and almond butter
Ingredients
- 220 g dates, pitted
- 130 g almonds, chopped
- 2-3 tbsp almond butter
Utensils
- food processor
- kitchen spatula
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
- Form the date paste into medium-sized balls.
- The almond balls can be stored in the fridge for 2-4 days.
