Ingredients

  • 500g milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30g cornstarch
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 200g berries, to taste

Utensils

  • tablespoon
  • pot
  • whisk
  • bowl

Instructions

    Remove

  1. 5 tbsp from the milk.
  2. Stir the cornstarch and sugar until smooth.
  3. Separate the eggs.
  4. Stir the egg yolks into the cornstarch mixture.
  5. Scrape out the vanilla pulp and stir into the rest of the milk.
  6. Boil the whole thing.

  8. Boil briefly again.
  9. Pour the vanilla pudding into a casserole dish and leave to cool.
  10. Top with berries as desired and enjoy.
