Ingredients

Topping

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1-2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 wheat tortillas

Sauce

  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • horseradish cream, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • rosemary, to taste Optional
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut iceberg lettuce leaves into strips.
  2. Cut red peppers into narrow strips.
  3. Mix together the creme fraîche with salt, pepper and horseradish cream to form the dressing.
  4. Cut smoked salmon into strips about 2 cm wide.
  5. Tortillas in a coated pan Heat both sides well.
  6. Alternatively, heat in the microwave.
  7. Grip the tortillas with a little dressing sauce.
  8. Place the lettuce, smoked salmon and a few pepper strips on top.
  9. Give some more salad dressing on top and roll up the flatbread into a tight roll.
  10. Cut in half, tie with strips of leek and garnish with rosemary.
