Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • oil, to taste
  • leeks, optional
  • dill, optional
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the pan with a little oil.
  4. Let the omelette set and add the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the omelette with mozzarella, leek rings and dill and serve warm.
