- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 50 g mozzarella
- oil, to taste
- leeks, optional
- dill, optional
- olive oil, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Beat the eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the egg mixture to the pan with a little oil.
- Let the omelette set and add the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the omelette with mozzarella, leek rings and dill and serve warm.
