Ingredients

  • 200 g white cabbage
  • 2 sprigs dill, or parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage to medium or chop in a blender.
  2. Chop the dill or parsley.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the herbs, eggs, flour, water, and salt until smooth.
  4. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat well.
  5. Pour some batter into the pan and fry the pancake for about 2 minutes.
  6. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Cook the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
  8. Serve the vegetable pancakes with a dip or sauce .
