Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 1 zucchini
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • spices, to taste
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • herbs, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • casserole

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash the courgettes and cut into thin slices.
  3. Place the courgettes in a casserole dish.
  4. Season the chicken fillet pieces with salt and pepper and spices to taste.
  5. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  6. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  7. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.
