Tender chicken fillet with zucchini and sour cream in the oven
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1 zucchini
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- spices, to taste
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- herbs, to taste
Utensils

- cutting board
- casserole
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
- Wash the courgettes and cut into thin slices.
- Place the courgettes in a casserole dish.
- Season the chicken fillet pieces with salt and pepper and spices to taste.
- Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 15-20 minutes.
