Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 strips of lemon zest
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 100g tagliatelle

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillet, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the meat in butter for 4 minutes on both sides.
  3. Peel the garlic and place in a casserole dish.
  4. Place a piece of meat on each piece of garlic.
  5. In the pan with the fried food, add the milk with a few strips of lemon zest and saffron.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Pour the cooked sauce over the chicken breasts.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for approx. 30 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.
  10. Serve the chicken breast with tagliatelle and lemon sauce.
