Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes, large
  • 100-120 g sour cream
  • 100-120 g cottage cheese
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 170 g hard cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Utensils

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, dry them and bake at 200°C for 1 hour until soft.
  2. When the potatoes have cooled slightly, cut them in half lengthways.
  3. Scoop out the flesh of the potatoes with a spoon.
  4. The Mash the flesh with a fork.
  5. Mix the potato mixture with the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, grated hard cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
  6. Stuff the hollowed-out potatoes with the cheese mixture.
  7. Cook the filled baked potatoes for a further 20 minutes at 190° Bake C.
