Tender baked potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese, cream cheese and hard cheese
Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes, large
- 100-120 g sour cream
- 100-120 g cottage cheese
- 60 g cream cheese
- 50 g butter
- 170 g hard cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Wash the potatoes, dry them and bake at 200°C for 1 hour until soft.
- When the potatoes have cooled slightly, cut them in half lengthways.
- Scoop out the flesh of the potatoes with a spoon.
- The Mash the flesh with a fork.
- Mix the potato mixture with the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, grated hard cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Stuff the hollowed-out potatoes with the cheese mixture.
- Cook the filled baked potatoes for a further 20 minutes at 190° Bake C.
