Ingredients

  • 500 g chanterelles
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1-2 onions
  • 500 g potatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • pan
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • mixing spoon

Instructions

  1. Clean the chanterelles well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chanterelles and sauté for another 15 minutes.
  4. Add the potatoes, cut into small pieces, to the mushrooms and onions Add to pan.
  5. Fry for another 20 minutes or more, stirring occasionally.
  6. The potatoes should be soft.
  7. 5 minutes before the end of roasting, season the roasted potatoes with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the potatoes with a fresh salad.
