Tasty fried potatoes with chanterelles, onions and oil
Ingredients
- 500 g chanterelles
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1-2 onions
- 500 g potatoes
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

- cutting board
- mixing spoon
Instructions
- Clean the chanterelles well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the chanterelles and sauté for another 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, cut into small pieces, to the mushrooms and onions Add to pan.
- Fry for another 20 minutes or more, stirring occasionally.
- The potatoes should be soft.
- 5 minutes before the end of roasting, season the roasted potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Serve the potatoes with a fresh salad.
