This delicate appetizer will look really good on a celebratory table. Tartlets filled with tuna, eggs and cheese taste delicious and are really easy to prepare. Eggs are boiled and grated just like cheese. Then mixed with tuna and mayonnaise, this mixture only has to be filled into the prepared tartelettes. Everything is done within a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100g cheese
  • 150-200g tuna
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • 7-10 Tartelettes
  • 3-5 sprigs of dill, optional
  • 8-10 cranberries, optional

Utensils

  • pan
  • grater
  • fork
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and peel.
  3. Grate the eggs and cheese and place in a bowl.
  4. Mash the tuna with a fork.
  5. Mix the ingredients, add the salt and mayonnaise.
  6. Stuff tartlets with the mixture.
  7. Garnish with dill and cranberries to taste.
  8. Serve filled tartlets as a snack or appetizer.

Both hard cheese and processed cheese are well suited for the starter.
