Tartlets filled with tuna, eggs and cheese
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g cheese
- 150-200g tuna
- Salt, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 7-10 Tartelettes
- 3-5 sprigs of dill, optional
- 8-10 cranberries, optional
Utensils

Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, allow to cool and peel.
- Grate the eggs and cheese and place in a bowl.
- Mash the tuna with a fork.
- Mix the ingredients, add the salt and mayonnaise.
- Stuff tartlets with the mixture.
- Garnish with dill and cranberries to taste.
- Serve filled tartlets as a snack or appetizer.
Both hard cheese and processed cheese are well suited for the starter.
