Ingredients

  • 70g pineapple, canned
  • 70g cheese
  • 10 crab sticks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste
  • 10 tartlets, shortcrust pastry bases
  • parsley, to taste

Utensils

  • Sieve
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Cheese grater
  • Bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple pieces from the can.
  2. Chop into small pieces if necessary.
  3. Dice the crab sticks.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel the garlic and press through the garlic press.
  6. All the prepared ingredients in in a bowl.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Mix well with mayonnaise.
  9. Stuff the tartelettes in heaps.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
