Sweet strawberry rhubarb jam as a spread for breakfast

- 720 g strawberries
- 520 g rhubarb
- 500 g preserving sugar, 2:1
- 1 lemon, untreated

Instructions
Turn the jam jars upside down for 5 minutes after sealing to kill any germs on the lid with the heat of the jam.
