Ingredients

  • 1 tin of pineapple
  • 75 g sugar
  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Egg yolk, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, oil, milk, sugar and salt well.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  3. Stir the flour mixture into the quark mixture
  4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles with a glass.
  5. Some strips from the dough Cut to size.
  6. Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. Place a pineapple slice on each.
  8. Place the strips of dough on the pineapple in a lattice pattern.
  9. Press the edges firmly.
  10. Grush the pastry with egg yolk.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  12. Dust with icing sugar after cooling down.
