Sweet pastries made from quark oil dough with pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 tin of pineapple
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g quark
- 6 tbsp oil
- 6 tsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Egg yolk, for brushing
Utensils

- hand mixer with dough hook
- parchment paper
- glass
- knife
- pasting brush
Instructions
- Mix the quark, oil, milk, sugar and salt well.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- Stir the flour mixture into the quark mixture
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles with a glass.
- Some strips from the dough Cut to size.
- Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place a pineapple slice on each.
- Place the strips of dough on the pineapple in a lattice pattern.
- Press the edges firmly.
- Grush the pastry with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Dust with icing sugar after cooling down.
