Sweet coffee liqueur with condensed milk and spices

A sweet and mild drink flavored with cinnamon, cloves and anise. This with condensed milk can be prepared at home within 8 days. To do this, the coffee must be mixed with the sugar syrup. Then the spices are added and after a short rest period the liqueur is mixed with condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp coffee powder, ground
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 g vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 buds of cloves
  • ⅛ sticks of cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 250 ml vodka
  • 200-250 g condensed milk sugared

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee in 150ml water.
  2. Mix the sugar, vanilla and 250ml water in a saucepan.
  3. Heat over low heat until sugar crystals dissolve.
  4. Mix the coffee and syrup in a bowl.
  5. Cloves, cinnamon , star anise and a little more water to make a total of 500 ml.
  6. Let the coffee cool down, it should only be a little warm.
  7. Pour in the vodka and stir.
  8. Pour the whole thing into a screw-top jar, close tightly, shake a few times and leave to stand at room temperature for a day.
  9. Then strain through a Molton cloth that has been folded several times, mix with the condensed milk and pour into the glass again.
  10. Leave the coffee liqueur to stand for a week and then serve in glasses.
