Sweet coffee liqueur with condensed milk and spices
Ingredients
- 4 tsp coffee powder, ground
- 500 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 1 g vanilla sugar
- 1-2 buds of cloves
- ⅛ sticks of cinnamon
- 1 star anise
- 250 ml vodka
- 200-250 g condensed milk sugared
Utensils

Instructions
- Prepare the coffee in 150ml water.
- Mix the sugar, vanilla and 250ml water in a saucepan.
- Heat over low heat until sugar crystals dissolve.
- Mix the coffee and syrup in a bowl.
- Cloves, cinnamon , star anise and a little more water to make a total of 500 ml.
- Let the coffee cool down, it should only be a little warm.
- Pour in the vodka and stir.
- Pour the whole thing into a screw-top jar, close tightly, shake a few times and leave to stand at room temperature for a day.
- Then strain through a Molton cloth that has been folded several times, mix with the condensed milk and pour into the glass again.
- Leave the coffee liqueur to stand for a week and then serve in glasses.
