Stuffed tartlets with chicken breast and fried mushrooms
Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1½-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 16 tartlets

Instructions
- Put the chicken breast in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
- Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes.
- Then allow both to cool.
- Peel the onions.
- Cut the mushrooms and onions into small pieces.
- Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté, stirring, until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the onions and some oil and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Cut the chicken and eggs into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add the mushrooms and onions.
- Salt and pepper and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Spread the filling over the tartelettes.
- Fill the tartelettes Arrange on a plate and serve as a snack or starter.
