Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1½-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • 16 tartlets

Utensils

  • pot
  • frying pan
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken breast in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then allow both to cool.
  4. Peel the onions.
  5. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small pieces.
  6. Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Add the mushrooms and sauté, stirring, until all the liquid has evaporated.
  8. Add the onions and some oil and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  10. Cut the chicken and eggs into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  11. Add the mushrooms and onions.
  12. Salt and pepper and mix with the mayonnaise.
  13. Spread the filling over the tartelettes.
  14. Fill the tartelettes Arrange on a plate and serve as a snack or starter.
