Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 80-100 g cheese
  • dill, to taste
  • 2 tbsp
  • pomegranate seeds
  • 4 squid, calamari tubes

Instructions

  1. Cook the squid tubes and let them cool completely.
  2. Remove the avocado skin and mash the flesh with a fork.
  3. Finely grate the cheese.
  4. Chop the dill.
  5. Mix together in a bowl.
  6. Add the pomegranate seeds.
  7. Fill the squid tubes with the mixture.
  8. Serve the stuffed squid as a starter or snack.
