Stuffed peppers with minced meat

This incredibly appetizing dish features a juicy filling of zucchini with onions and ground turkey. The stuffed peppers are baked with cheese, which brings out the flavor perfectly.

  • 5 peppers
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 450g ground turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp garlic, dried
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 100g cheese, grated


  1. Set aside one pepper.
  2. Have the remaining peppers in half lengthways and remove the seeds.
  3. Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. Half the oil in a pan Heat.
  5. Fry the ground turkey for 6-8 minutes. Always stir to distribute the minced meat evenly.
  6. Pour the minced meat from the pan onto a plate.
  7. Cut the onion, the remaining peppers and the courgettes into small pieces.
  8. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
  9. Fry the onion for 4-5 minutes.
  10. Add the zucchini and peppers and sauté everything together for about 8-10 minutes.
  11. Put the minced meat back into the pan.
  12. Season with the garlic, salt and pepper and mix well …
