Stuffed peppers snack with cheese, eggs and garlic
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 300-400 g processed cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 paprika
- ¹⁄₂ sprig of parsley, or dill, optional
Utensils

Instructions
- Put the eggs in a saucepan, pour water over them, bring to the boil.
- Boil the eggs hard, remove from the stove.
- Let them cool, peel and grate coarsely.
- Chop the cheese, press the garlic.
- Eggs, cheese, Mix the salt, pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Add chopped parsley or dill to taste.
- Cut off the tips of the peppers.
- Carefully remove the seeds.
- Stuff the peppers well with the mixture and press firmly.
- Stuffed peppers then carefully cut into rings.
- Place on a plate and serve as a snack.
Allow the snack to cool slightly in the fridge before serving.
