Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise

Utensils

  • cutting board
  • knife
  • frying pan
  • bowl
  • baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  2. Finely chop the mushroom stems and onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry the onion briefly.
  5. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook until golden.
  6. Place the fried vegetables in a bowl add.
  7. Mix with grated cheese and mayonnaise.
  8. Fill the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture and place on a baking tray.
  9. Bake the mushrooms for about 25 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese has melted.
  10. Stuffed mushrooms taste wonderful to a salad.
