Stuffed lavash with salmon and cheese

Slightly salted pieces of salmon, grated cheese, tender lettuce leaves and a little mayonnaise make a wonderful snack. Spread on a lavash bread, twisted into a roll and cut into portions, this snack will delight everyone. Everything is prepared within a few minutes and only needs to cool down a bit.

Ingredients

  • 150 g cheese
  • 200-250 g salmon, lightly salted or smoked
  • 1 bunch of lettuce
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 lavash bread
  • mayonnaise, to taste

Utensils

  • grater
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • cling film

Instructions

    Coarsely grate the cheese.
  1. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. Chop the lettuce into small pieces.
  3. Chop up the parsley with a knife.
  4. Spread the lavash out on the table and spread with mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.
  6. Fish , lettuce and parsley on top.
  7. Roll the lavash into a tight roll.
  8. Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  9. Then remove from the fridge and cut into small pieces before serving.
