Stuffed lavash with salmon and cheese
Ingredients
- 150 g cheese
- 200-250 g salmon, lightly salted or smoked
- 1 bunch of lettuce
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
- 1 lavash bread
- mayonnaise, to taste
Utensils
- grater
- knife
- cutting board
- cling film
Instructions
- Coarsely grate the cheese.
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Chop the lettuce into small pieces.
- Chop up the parsley with a knife.
- Spread the lavash out on the table and spread with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over it.
- Fish , lettuce and parsley on top.
- Roll the lavash into a tight roll.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Then remove from the fridge and cut into small pieces before serving.
