Stuffed eggs with grated cheese

Stuffed eggs are quick and easy to prepare and perfect for any party. The boiled egg snack is versatile and in this recipe is made with a filling of egg yolk and cheese.

  • 3 eggs
  • 10 g butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 20 g hard cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream


  1. Hard-boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, allow to cool and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the egg yolk and mash with a fork in a bowl.
  3. Met the butter in a pan and stir into the egg yolk.
  4. The egg yolk mixture Season with salt to taste.
  5. Finely grate the hard cheese and add to the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Add the soy sauce and sour cream and stir well.
  7. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the finished egg yolk mixture.
  8. Stuffed eggs Serve chilled.
