Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, + for greasing
  • 10 chicken thighs, drumsticks
  • 1 onion
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 100g cheese Hard cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp Garlic, dried , ground
  • ½ tsp paprika, sweet
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Utensils

  • baking sheet
  • knife
  • cheese grater
  • frying pan
  • toothpick

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  3. Pull the skin off the chicken thighs towards the ankle.
  4. Sever the bone at the level of the ankle.
  5. Remove the meat from the bone and cut into small ones Dice.
  6. Dice the onion and mushrooms as well.
  7. Grate the cheese coarsely.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  9. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
  11. Add the chicken to the mushrooms and onions.
  12. Add the salt and spices and mix well.
  13. Turn the thigh skin back into its original shape and fill with the meat mixture.
  14. Preferably secure with toothpicks.
  15. Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet .
  16. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread with mayonnaise.
  17. Cook the chicken thighs in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
