Stuffed baguette with salami and cheese in the oven
Ingredients
- 4 baguettes
- 4 eggs
- 125 g cream
- 1 packet of salami
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 onion
- 100 g cheese, grated
- parsley, at will

Instructions
- Cut an oval opening in the baguettes without cutting the bottom.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Cut the salami into small pieces.
- Whisk the eggs and mix with the cream.
- Add the onions and pieces of salami to the Pour the egg mixture.
- Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Distribute the filling into the baguettes.
- Place the baguettes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with cheese.
- Prepare the filled baguettes at 200 degrees approx. 25 Bake in the oven for a few minutes.
- Garnish the baguettes with chopped parsley and enjoy warm.
For the vegetarian version, salami can be replaced with dried tomatoes or spinach.
