Ingredients

  • 1 glass of strawberries
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Utensils

  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Wash and sort the berries.
  2. Peel and roughly chop the bananas.
  3. Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses and enjoy .
