Ingredients

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 60 ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal, tender
  • 1 tsp honey

Utensils

  • Knife
  • Blender
  • Glass

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
  2. Rinse the strawberries and place in a blender along with the banana pieces.
  3. Add the yoghurt, oat milk and rolled oats.
  4. Mix everything together to form a smoothie.
  5. Add honey, if desired sweet.
  6. Enjoy the strawberry smoothie for breakfast.
