Strawberry smoothie with banana, oatmeal, yoghurt and oat milk
Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 200 g yoghurt
- 60 ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp oatmeal, tender
- 1 tsp honey
Utensils
- Knife
- Blender
- Glass
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
- Rinse the strawberries and place in a blender along with the banana pieces.
- Add the yoghurt, oat milk and rolled oats.
- Mix everything together to form a smoothie.
- Add honey, if desired sweet.
- Enjoy the strawberry smoothie for breakfast.
