Strawberry frappé with milk and yoghurt for summer

A strawberry frappé is the best way to cool off on a hot summer’s day! This fruit frappe is super refreshing and tastes delicious. Simply mix the frozen strawberries, milk, yoghurt and sugar and thicken with crushed ice.

- 120 ml milk
- 50 g strawberries, frozen
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Crushed ice, to taste
- Rosemary, for garnish
- Strawberry, for garnish
- Pour the milk, frozen strawberries and yoghurt into a blender.
- Add the vanilla sugar, brown sugar and crushed ice.
- Mix well.
- Serve the strawberry frappe in 2 glasses, top with rosemary and strawberries.
