Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 20 g sugar
  • 100 g butter biscuits
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp San Apart
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • lemon balm, for garnish

Utensils

  • knife
  • stand mixer
  • bowl
  • hand mixer
  • dessert glasses
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries, put 4 pieces aside for decoration.
  2. Half the remaining strawberries.
  3. Crumble the butter biscuits finely in a blender.
  4. Whip the cream with San Apart.
  5. Stir the mascarpone with the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth .
  6. Gradually fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream.
  7. Press the strawberries carefully to the rim of the 4 dessert glasses.
  8. Then carefully pour in half of the mascarpone cream.
  9. Layer half of the biscuit crumbs on top.
  10. Again Cover with the remaining mascarpone cream.
  11. Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs on top.
  12. Garnish the dessert with the reserved strawberries and lemon balm.
  13. Chill the dessert until ready to serve or serve immediately.
