Strawberry dessert with mascarpone and biscuits
Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 20 g sugar
- 100 g butter biscuits
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp San Apart
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g yoghurt
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- lemon balm, for garnish

Instructions
- Clean the strawberries, put 4 pieces aside for decoration.
- Half the remaining strawberries.
- Crumble the butter biscuits finely in a blender.
- Whip the cream with San Apart.
- Stir the mascarpone with the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth .
- Gradually fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream.
- Press the strawberries carefully to the rim of the 4 dessert glasses.
- Then carefully pour in half of the mascarpone cream.
- Layer half of the biscuit crumbs on top.
- Again Cover with the remaining mascarpone cream.
- Sprinkle the biscuit crumbs on top.
- Garnish the dessert with the reserved strawberries and lemon balm.
- Chill the dessert until ready to serve or serve immediately.
