Ingredients

  • 370 g strawberries
  • 35 g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Half or quarter the strawberries.
  2. Grease the casserole dish with butter.
  3. Place the strawberries in the dish, sprinkle with half the sugar and mix.
  4. Mix the flour with the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Add butter and crumble with your hands.
  6. Add the almonds and rolled oats to the flour mixture and mix.
  7. Cover the strawberries with the crumb dough.
  8. Bake the strawberry crumble at 220 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
