Strawberry crumble dessert with oatmeal and almonds

The fruity strawberries, with a thin crumble layer of almonds and oat flakes are a treat for the palate. Strawberry crumble is a great dessert that is super delicious and smells incredibly tempting. Perfectly served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it rounds off every lunch table.

Ingredients

  • 370 g strawberries
  • 35 g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Half or quarter the strawberries.
  2. Grease the casserole dish with butter.
  3. Place the strawberries in the dish, sprinkle with half the sugar and mix.
  4. Mix the flour with the remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Add butter and crumble with your hands.
  6. Add the almonds and rolled oats to the flour mixture and mix.
  7. Cover the strawberries with the crumb dough.
  8. Bake the strawberry crumble at 220 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
  9. Den Serve crumble with vanilla ice cream.

Tip
