Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, ripe
  • 80 g strawberries, frozen
  • 120 ml milk, or soy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, sugar, honey or other sweetener to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • blender
  • freezer bag

Instructions

  1. Slice or chunk the peeled bananas.
  2. Place the bananas in a container or freezer bag in the freezer overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. Place the bananas and strawberries in a blender.
  4. Pour in the milk.
  5. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  6. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add sugar, honey or other sweetener if needed.
  8. Pour the mixture into a wide container.
  9. Cover with a lid or foil.
  10. Place in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours.
  11. Garnish with fresh herbs and strawberries and serve on hot summer days.
