Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with finely chopped parsley and spring onion rings.
  2. Season the spread with salt and pepper.
  3. The spread can be spiced up with garlic if you like.

If you like the herbs finer, you can also chop the greens in a food processor.
