Spread made from cream cheese and herbs
Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 sprig of spring onion
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils

Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with finely chopped parsley and spring onion rings.
- Season the spread with salt and pepper.
- The spread can be spiced up with garlic if you like.
If you like the herbs finer, you can also chop the greens in a food processor.
