Ingredients

  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3-5 sprigs parsley
  • 2-4 sprigs tarragon
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cucumber, capers, parsley and tarragon.
  2. Measure out 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon for the sauce.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Keep the tartare sauce in the fridge and serve with the fish or potatoes .

Ready tartar sauce should be stored in the fridge and used within 2-3 days.
