Spicy ginger tea with milk and sugar for colds
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated, fresh
- 3 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp black tea
- ¾ cup milk
- cinnamon, optional

Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add the grated ginger, cover with the lid and simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes.
- Stir in the sugar and simmer for another minute.
- Then increase the heat until the liquid almost boiling.
- Add the black tea, reduce the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the milk and then pour it into the tea.
- Ginger tea, bring to the boil again and simmer for about a minute.
- Finally, strain the ginger tea through a sieve and pour into cups.
