Spicy chicken salad with kohlrabi, apple and curry dressing
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- Salt, to taste
- 400 g chicken fillet
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
- 60 ml cream
- 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2-3 tsp curry
- 2 kohlrabi
- 2 apples
- 2-3 spring onions
Utensils

Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the onion.
- Put the onion pieces, chicken fillet and parsley in a saucepan of boiling salted water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
- Let the meat cool and cut into pieces .
- Whip the cream with a mixer.
- Mix with the mayonnaise and curry.
- Peel the kohlrabi and apples and cut into sticks.
- Finely chop the spring onions.
- The chicken with the kohlrabi, the apple and the spring onions toss in a salad bowl.
- Season the salad with salt and drizzle over the dressing.
