Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 350 g broccoli
  • 1-2 chili peppers
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Black pepper , to taste

Utensils

  • knife

  • frying pan

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
  2. Dice the onion and the peppers.
  3. Dice the broccoli into florets.
  4. De-seed the chili and finely chop together with the garlic.
  5. In a pan, add a spoonful of oil Heat over high heat.
  6. Sauté the onion, chili, bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and sauté together for a further 2 minutes.
