Spicy chicken breast with broccoli, peppers, onions and chili
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 350 g broccoli
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Black pepper , to taste

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
- Dice the onion and the peppers.
- Dice the broccoli into florets.
- De-seed the chili and finely chop together with the garlic.
- In a pan, add a spoonful of oil Heat over high heat.
- Sauté the onion, chili, bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the garlic and sauté together for a further 2 minutes.
- Put everything on a plate.
- Return the pan to the stove and heat the remaining oil.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

- Pour the soy sauce and fish sauce over the chicken, season with pepper and stir.
- Another tablespoon of soy sauce can be used in place of the fish sauce.
