Ingredients

  • 3-4 eggs
  • 150g cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 200g crab sticks

Utensils

  • egg cooker
  • garlic press
  • bowl
  • grater

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs for 7-9 minutes.
  2. Finely grate the eggs with the cheese.
  3. Press the garlic through a press.
  4. Mix the eggs with the cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  5. Form the egg mixture into small balls.
  6. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater.
  7. Roll the cheese balls in it and put them in the fridge for 60-90 minutes.
