Ingredients

  • 1 kg crucian carp
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 120 g flour
  • 50 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and gut the fish, removing the heads and tails.
  2. Make deep incisions on both sides with a knife.
  3. Salt and pepper the crucian carp inside and out.
  4. Then dust with flour.
  5. Cook the vegetable oil in a frying pan Heat.
  6. Fry the breaded crucians over high heat for 7-8 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Garnish the fried crucians with fresh herbs.
