Ingredients

  • 1 kg beetroot
  • 1 kg peppers
  • 2-4 peppers
  • 1¹⁄₂ kg tomatoes
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 100 ml vinegar, 9%

Instructions

  1. Wash all the vegetables.
  2. Peel the beetroot and garlic.
  3. De-seed the peppers and peppers.
  4. Put the beets, peppers, peppers, tomatoes and garlic through a meat grinder.
  5. Add more or less peppers, depending on taste .
  6. Place the vegetables in a saucepan.
  7. Salt, sprinkle with sugar and bring to a boil.
