Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g sausage, smoked or boiled
  • 2 pickles
  • 100 g lettuce leaves
  • 220 g beans
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 40 g rye croutons

Utensils

  • pot
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • salad bowl
  • mixing spoon

Instructions

  1. Place the carrots in boiling water and cook until tender, 25-30 minutes.
  2. Let cool, peel and dice.
  3. Dice the sausage and cucumber as well.
  4. Use your hands to tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces .
  5. Mix the carrots, sausage, cucumber, lettuce and beans together.
  6. Season everything with mayonnaise.
  7. Place the salad on a large plate and garnish with croutons.
