Ingredients

  • 200 g green beans
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 100 g tofu
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil, or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sesame

Utensils

  • pot
  • sieve
  • knife
  • pan
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water and place in a colander.
  2. Rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process, this will keep the beans slightly crunchy
  3. Chop the tomatoes into thin wedges.
  4. The vegetable oil heat and add the chili flakes.
  5. Roast for 5-10 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Have the tofu in half or cut into thin wedges.
  7. Mix the beans with the tomatoes and lime juice, season with sea salt.
  8. Serve on a plate as a salad Lay out.
  9. Drizzle the bean salad with warm chili oil.
  10. Place the tofu on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
