Spicy bean salad with green beans, tofu and tomatoes
Ingredients
- 200 g green beans
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 100 g tofu
- 2 tbsp avocado oil, or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- Sea salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame
Utensils

Instructions
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water and place in a colander.
- Rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process, this will keep the beans slightly crunchy
- Chop the tomatoes into thin wedges.
- The vegetable oil heat and add the chili flakes.
- Roast for 5-10 minutes and allow to cool slightly.
- Have the tofu in half or cut into thin wedges.
- Mix the beans with the tomatoes and lime juice, season with sea salt.
- Serve on a plate as a salad Lay out.
- Drizzle the bean salad with warm chili oil.
- Place the tofu on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
